Petra Dotlačilová has been with EUC PLS for three years

The team of the Contract Physician Network Department where Petra works is responsible for processing documents for the reimbursement of invoices for occupational health services. Her job role and responsibilities include managing a small team, resolving erroneous and disputed billing documentation, and consolidating and standardizing documentation from physicians and collaborating colleagues. Day-to-day communication with physicians and other colleagues across the EUC PLS department is equally as important.

“Establishing precise processes and adhering to them consistently allows the entire triangle of cooperating parties of client – doctor – Contract Physician Network Department to ensure that our mutual obligations towards each other are fulfilled efficiency and in a balanced way," notes Petra Dotlačilová, DiS. while describing part of her work agenda. “On average, we receive 400 invoices per month for approximately 4,000 examinations carried out by our collaborating doctors in the course of a month. Each one must be manually entered into the system.”

In her spare time, Petra enjoys family time, reading books, relaxing in front of the TV, nature walking, and recreational sports (cycling, skiing, swimming, inline skating).
